Reach Your Balance

Three years ago I came up with the idea to open a second business and sell my own creations of jewellery and home decor by using healing crystals. I reserved a website address with my company name and was quiet positive that I will start to build my own website soon.
Guess what happened. Exactly… nothing! I was so busy with orders, being present on social media, product photography, finding suppliers, shipping goods, doing boring book keeping and tax things etc I just had no time. And I also was scared because I must begin learning about web design, html, finding a provider etc. Where do I have to start?
I am a one-woman-show and realised I can’t do everything by myself. I need help! Gayle was a gift from heaven for me.
She knows exactly how it is to run a online business and do all the social media by yourself as she is doing the same. Her deep knowledge of all the things a company needs made it so easy for me to trust her and just hand the website design over to her. I felt such a great release doing that!
As I am located in germany and Gayle in India we had a zoom videoconference and talked about my expectations and what my website shall look like and needs. I am an introvert but felt so safe and comfortable talking with Gayle as she was so excellent prepared and asked me all the things she needed to know about me and my business.
And then the magic started. Gayle did such a fantastic job! We communicated by email and WhatsApp to make sure everything fits to my ideas and also to give me updates about the process. Within less than a week my website was ready to go live which was a very emotional moment for me. After such a long time I have my own website!
The final result of my website was so overwhelming for me that I sent the link to my family and friends to show them how a website looks like when you give the job to an expert and stop doing things by yourself using your superficial knowledge.
Honestly, I am so bad in technical things. But Gayle explained step by step how I later can change pages and photos on my website. I never met such a patient person before and I felt so safe to ask all my ‘stupid’ questions and was sure I get an answer I will understand, without ‘thumble-jumble’.
